Yoga in El Palmar
Because surfing and yoga complement each other so perfectly, yoga is an important part of the El Palmar experience for us. In our own wooden yoga house with a sea view you can really practise your asanas in a relaxed atmosphere and find the way to yourself. You have the choice between external yoga classes with different teachers and our own A-Frame Yoga classes.
On the timetable You will find a range of yoga styles like Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and much more. There are also Pilates and Zoomba classes.
Location of the A-Frame Surfshop in El Palmar
The A-Frame surf school is located in El Palmar, a small coastal town on the Atlantic Ocean in Spain. Nearby are the famous white village Conil de la Frontera and the port city of Cádiz. Our surf school in El Palmar including surf shop are centrally located and easy to reach. We are located directly opposite the famous La Torre, the landmark of El Palmar. There is also a large parking lot opposite us, so you can easily park your car.
Arrival in El Palmar
The easiest way to get to El Palmar is via the airport in Jerez de la Frontera or Seville. A little further, are the airports of Malaga and Gibraltar. From these airports you can hire a car. Rental cars are very cheap in Spain. You can find a good deal here.

This beach break is located directly in front of our surf school and is ideal for beginners, because there are no rocks in the water or reef. Good surfers also have fun here, because there is so much space that everyone can find a lonely peak all by himself.
